To prepare your personalized chart, we will need the following after checkout:
- Exact birth date — day, month, and year
- Birth time — as precise as possible (if known)
- Birth city / location — for accurate solar time calculation
Frequently Asked Questions
After completing your purchase, you will receive a short intake form asking for your exact birth date (day, month, year), birth time (as precise as possible), and birth city or location. The birth time and location allow us to calculate accurate solar time for your Four Pillars chart.
Delivery times vary by tier: Basic readings are delivered within 3–5 business days, Detailed readings within 5–7 business days, and Comprehensive readings within 7–10 business days. Every report is individually prepared by a qualified practitioner, not auto-generated.
All readings are performed by practitioners trained in classical BaZi methodology rooted in pre-Qing sources, particularly the Xu Ziping tradition. Each practitioner has a minimum of five years of study and practice in Chinese metaphysical arts.
We can still prepare a reading without an exact birth time. The Year, Month, and Day pillars provide substantial insight on their own. The Hour pillar adds depth but is not strictly required. Simply note on the intake form that your birth time is unknown, and your practitioner will adapt the analysis accordingly.
If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We offer a full refund if work has not yet begun on your report. If your reading has already been completed and delivered, we will work with you to address any concerns or provide clarifications at no additional cost.
